Generate Animation Datasets Using the Simplified Workflow

Walkthrough how to generate a locomotion animation dataset using Motion Factory.

In this guide, we'll demonstrate how to:

  1. Choose a dataset's animation Style

  2. Select a dataset's movement parameters

  3. Preview a dataset's animations

  4. Export a finalized dataset

Prerequisites

  • A Motorica account, created when you first open the Motorica app.

  • An enterprise license. For more information, contact our Sales team.

Get Started

  1. Open Motion Factory within your Motorica dashboard to begin.

  2. Select the Simplified workflow option for this guide. Learn more about the two available workflows in Motion Factory's Concepts.

  7. Click the purple Advance to Next Step button when you're finished.

Define movement parameters

For more information on the available movement parameters and their affect on the dataset, view the reference documentation.

Choose your Gaits

Select all or at least one gait you'd like included in your animation dataset.

Then, click the purple Next Step button.
